The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering clinical support, which includes taking vital signs, conducting blood draws, and administering injections, all while overseeing patient care plans. Additionally, they are responsible for front desk operations such as appointment scheduling, maintaining medical records, and coordinating patient interactions. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience along with a diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program. It is essential to have either a national or state-specific Medical Assistant certification, as well as a CPR/BLS certification.
