Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to carry out floor care activities, which include the cleaning, buffing, and refinishing of floors in both resident rooms and common areas. This position requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pristine environment while upholding high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Execute various floor care tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it operates effectively.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of cleaning activities.
- Uphold a sanitary and hygienic environment in all areas of responsibility.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
- Knowledge and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
