**Floral Assistant Manager**
The Floral Assistant Manager is responsible for managing daily operations within the floral department, encompassing floral design, merchandising, and inventory oversight. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining safety standards within the department. Ideal candidates should demonstrate robust leadership, effective communication, and organizational abilities, along with a creative flair for floral design. This position necessitates the capability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs, work in refrigerated settings, and maintain a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
