Job Summary
The FOIA Data Analyst is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, which encompasses activities such as redacting documents and preparing final responses. The role also focuses on gathering and analyzing workload data to uncover trends that facilitate informed program decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of FOIA requests from start to finish.
- Perform redaction of sensitive information in requested documents.
- Compile and analyze data related to workload to identify trends.
- Support program decisions with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of comprehensive federal FOIA processing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- U.S. citizen status with the capability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
