**Food and Beverage Manager**
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of catering sales, culinary operations, and event coordination, aiming to achieve profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position requires the effective management of staff, oversight of cost control measures, and the facilitation of revenue enhancement through business development and maintaining client relationships. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of management experience within the food and beverage sector, catering, or the hospitality industry. Essential skills include proficiency in financial reporting, inventory management, and event management software, as well as the willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
