Job description
The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting studio expansion by overseeing the sales process, which includes following up on leads and making outbound calls to turn potential clients into members. Additionally, they will serve as a representative of the brand, nurturing relationships with members and ensuring the studio remains orderly and inviting. Applicants should be driven by goals, possess strong communication abilities, and have a genuine enthusiasm for fitness. Competence with computers and studio management software is necessary, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
