**Food Service Director**
The Food Service Director is responsible for managing the dining services in a long-term care facility, focusing on the delivery of exceptional food quality, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, directing staff performance, and ensuring precise record-keeping of operational activities. Candidates must possess an associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, along with a minimum of two years of experience in food production and supervision. It is essential for the selected individual to acquire specific food safety and management certifications within the initial 60 days of their employment.
