**Job Title: Food Service Director**
The Food Service Director is responsible for overseeing the dining services within a long-term care facility, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and standards. This position involves leading the food service team, managing inventory, handling budgets, and actively engaging in operational tasks to ensure high-quality dining services. Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree in food service management or hospitality and have a minimum of two years of experience in food production and team supervision. Furthermore, the selected individual must attain required certifications, including CDM, FPM, and FSM, within the first 60 days of joining the organization.
