The Food Service Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper setup of trayline stations and the thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen tools and equipment. This individual also helps uphold the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and carries out any additional tasks as needed. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of six months of relevant experience. Additionally, a Food Handler’s Certification from the San Bernardino County Public Health Department must be obtained within 14 days of employment.
