Job Summary
The Founding Recruiter will take charge of the entire recruitment cycle, which encompasses sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate pipelines. This role is crucial in setting up the operational framework for the human resources function, addressing areas such as employee benefits, onboarding processes, and HR system management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete hiring process from sourcing to interviewing and candidate management.
- Develop and implement the foundational operations for the people function.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure efficient onboarding procedures.
- Manage and optimize HR systems to support recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth startup environments.
- Strong operational instincts to enhance recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work on-site in New York City.
