Job Summary
The FP&A Analyst plays a vital role in driving the financial planning and analysis processes within the organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting the preparation of the annual budget, conducting quarterly forecasts, and managing ongoing financial reporting duties. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate across different departments to maintain high standards of data precision and enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of the annual budget and quarterly financial forecasts.
- Engage in regular financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Contribute to monthly closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial records.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to validate data integrity and promote operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
