**Fragrance Counter Manager**
The Fragrance Counter Manager is responsible for driving sales and enhancing team performance through the cultivation of personalized client relationships and the implementation of promotional strategies. This role includes guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring high standards of visual merchandising. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience and a strong commitment to customer service excellence. The position also requires a flexible work schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the physical ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
