**Framing Manager**
The Framing Manager is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team to enhance sales in custom framing while guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality products. This position involves overseeing store operations, managing inventory, implementing safety protocols, and evaluating team performance in line with company standards. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and be capable of engaging in physical activities, including lifting and standing for extended durations. Previous experience in custom framing, retail leadership, and sales team management is highly desirable.
