Job description
The Companion Animal Supervisor oversees the health, safety, and welfare of live animals, while also promoting sales and operational efficiency within the department. This role involves leading, training, and guiding team members to maintain excellent care standards for animals and deliver outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of supervisory experience, ideally within a retail pet setting. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, as well as a solid understanding of companion animals and aquatic life.
