This position entails managing relationships with carriers, negotiating contracts, and leveraging data analysis to streamline the freight network. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of leadership experience in the transportation or logistics field and have a solid understanding of different freight modes. Expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel is essential, as well as a track record of successful contract negotiations.
