Job description
**Job Title: Production Line Associate**
The individual will engage in various tasks on the production line, which includes washing, preparing, cutting, and assembling fresh fruits and vegetables into final products. Additional responsibilities encompass packaging, labeling, and boxing the items for shipping, all while adhering to food safety regulations. Applicants should be prepared to operate in a refrigerated setting at 36 degrees and maintain a standing position for extended durations. Essential skills required for this role include proficiency with knives, the capacity to lift weights between 50 to 60 pounds, and the need to acquire an Alaskan food handler’s card within a 30-day timeframe.
