**Job Title: Hospice CNA**
The Hospice CNA offers dedicated, personal assistance and comfort to patients facing terminal illnesses. This role works closely with the nursing team to promote safe, effective health outcomes for patients and supports them with daily living tasks. Applicants are required to possess a current State of Wisconsin CNA Certification along with a BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred, and candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
