**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations at the front end of the store, focusing on staff productivity, customer service excellence, and the upkeep of store facilities. This role includes overseeing payroll, aiding in merchandising strategies, and managing the training and scheduling of front-end associates. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. The position also necessitates flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
