**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations at the front end of the store, focusing on team performance, customer service excellence, and the upkeep of the store environment. This role includes overseeing payroll budgets, assisting with merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience within the retail industry. Candidates must also be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
