The Stylist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales objectives, and upholding store presentation standards through proficient selling techniques. Responsibilities include guiding customers in their gown selection process, coordinating appointments, and collaborating with the alterations team to create a tailored shopping experience. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience in retail, particularly within an apparel or specialty store setting, as well as knowledge of computerized POS systems, is highly desirable.
