The Front of House Sales Associate is responsible for overseeing the studio’s front desk operations, which includes managing client check-ins, handling bookings, and addressing inquiries to provide an exceptional guest experience. Additionally, this role involves promoting sales through effective recommendations for memberships and products, while ensuring the studio remains organized and supporting the team in various tasks. The perfect candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess a solid sales aptitude alongside outstanding interpersonal abilities. They should thrive in a fast-paced setting and be willing to work on weekends, as well as during opening and closing shifts.
