Job description
**Job Title: Insurance Sales Consultant**
Interact with potential insurance clients through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS to assess their needs and suggest appropriate Allstate offerings. Utilize a consultative sales approach to turn warm leads into satisfied customers while upholding excellent productivity and service levels. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service, along with a high school diploma or GED. A Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license is required or must be obtained.
