Job description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store activities, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring the achievement of performance targets. This role includes supporting employee training, upholding inventory standards, and addressing customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of increasing responsibility in retail and be at least 18 years old. Essential skills include a sound understanding of management practices, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle physical tasks, including lifting items up to 45 pounds.
