Job description
**Job Title: Medical Assistant**
In this role, the Medical Assistant will be responsible for offering direct patient care, which includes measuring vital signs, supporting healthcare examinations, and conducting point-of-care tests. Additionally, this position involves various administrative duties such as handling patient communications, processing prior authorizations, and ensuring the upkeep of electronic medical records. Applicants should have completed a Medical Assistant training program and possess a current certification, such as CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or CMAC. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with AHA Basic Life Support certification, is also a prerequisite for candidates.
