Job description
The role of Assistant Store Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of the store, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining optimal store performance and cleanliness. This position also plays a key role in formulating operational strategies, training employees, and upholding inventory and product quality benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail and be at least 18 years of age. The job requires the physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds and undertake various physical duties, in addition to having excellent communication and leadership abilities.
