Job description
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in guiding and nurturing a team while upholding exceptional standards for product quality and hygiene. This position also involves overseeing daily operational tasks, including interviewing and hiring to ensure smooth store operations. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a valid US driver’s license, a clean driving history, and reliable transportation. A management background of 1-2 years is preferred, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for leading a team.
