**Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, coordinating employee schedules, and ensuring optimal store performance. This role also involves aiding in the formulation of operational strategies, providing training to staff members, and upholding store standards regarding cleanliness and inventory management. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and have at least 3 years of relevant retail experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is highly recommended, and candidates should be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds.
