**Job Title: Store Manager Trainee**
The Store Manager Trainee is responsible for guiding and nurturing store team members to achieve top-tier operational standards, impressive sales results, and exemplary customer service. This role includes overseeing store compliance, managing inventory, scheduling staff, and promoting a positive, teamwork-driven atmosphere. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds and handling store machinery. Experience in retail and management is highly desirable, along with the willingness to travel to various training sites.
