The Insurance Agent plays a crucial role in boosting sales by pursuing new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with current clients. This position requires serving as a trusted consultant to assist clients in choosing suitable insurance products while ensuring accurate maintenance of transaction documentation. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate excellent communication abilities, along with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others. A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is advantageous, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.
