Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist plays a crucial role in the operating room by preparing and ensuring a sterile environment, while providing essential support to the surgical team during operations. This position involves the management of surgical instruments and supplies, with a primary focus on patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures.

Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in high-stress, physically demanding situations.
- Manual dexterity and strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
