Job description
The Facilities Leader for the Gallery will organize and oversee maintenance and housekeeping operations to maintain high service standards. This role involves supervising the building’s systems, managing the maintenance team, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance within a hands-on operational setting. Essential qualifications include expertise in the repair of material handling equipment, strong analytical abilities, and skills in budget management and team leadership.
