**Job Title: Manager of Human Resources Delivery**
The Manager of Human Resources Delivery is responsible for guiding a team in delivering strategic HR solutions and support tailored for the College of Veterinary Medicine. This role involves managing employee relations, upholding regulatory compliance, and promoting operational excellence by enhancing processes and utilizing data-driven insights. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree alongside a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources. Preferred candidates will have supervisory experience, skills in strategic HR implementation, and professional certifications like PHR or SPHR.
