The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in providing a safe, stimulating, and high-caliber atmosphere for school-aged children during after-school programming. This position involves staff management, ensuring adherence to state regulations, and supervising both inventory and program activities. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or have a minimum of one year of experience working with children under the age of 13. Additionally, applicants are required to clear a health examination and must be physically able to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
