The Operations Assistant Manager plays a vital role in optimizing store revenue and profitability by implementing effective inventory management strategies and maintaining an orderly stockroom. This position is also tasked with managing shipment processing, merchandising, and fulfilling E-commerce orders, all aimed at providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and have a minimum of 2 years of management experience, ideally within the fashion retail sector. Strong organizational abilities, sound decision-making skills, and technical proficiency are essential, along with the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
