Job description
**Quality Assurance Manager**
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for supervising administrative functions within the department, managing licensing inspections, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. Key responsibilities include evaluating incident reports, coordinating site inspections, and maintaining precise documentation for external organizations. Applicants should possess at least five years of managerial experience in the field of developmental disabilities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services area is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in common business software applications.
