**Job Title: Team Leader**
The Team Leader plays a vital role in driving the success of the store by enhancing the shopping experience and fostering lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations such as managing inventory, optimizing visual displays, and fulfilling e-commerce orders. Applicants should have a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role, ideally in a retail environment. Essential skills include strong interpersonal communication, effective problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making. Flexibility in scheduling is also a must.
