**Leasing Consultant**
The Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in overseeing the marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for the community, aiming to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. This position involves engaging in sales tasks, giving tours to prospective residents, processing lease applications, and maintaining resident satisfaction during the entire lease period. Ideal candidates will have excellent sales abilities, communication skills, and a solid understanding of mathematics, as well as experience with property management software and online marketing tools. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and the role requires availability for a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
