Job Summary
The role entails overseeing comprehensive AI transformation initiatives and guiding discovery sprints to unlock value for clients within the financial services sector. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to conceptualize and implement scalable and compliant AI solutions that encompass Generative AI and Agentic pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI transformation workstreams from start to finish.
- Conduct discovery sprints to identify and drive value for financial services clients.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI solutions.
- Ensure the compliance and scalability of AI applications developed for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML or enterprise digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing delivery environments.
- In-depth understanding of Generative AI and RAG systems.
- Familiarity with the regulatory framework governing financial services.
