The General Laborer plays a key role in assessing the quality of completed landscaping products and ensuring they are properly packaged for distribution. This position also involves assisting with production workflows, which may include operating machinery, mending pallets, and maintaining the overall facility. Ideal candidates are dependable, attentive to detail, and able to carry out basic mathematical calculations and communication effectively. Although not mandatory, a high school diploma or GED along with a year of experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
