**Job Title: General Maintenance Worker**
The General Maintenance Worker is tasked with conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance for facility buildings, focusing on HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems. This role includes responding to service requests, keeping precise records of work orders, and ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of five years of experience in maintenance. A valid driver’s license is essential, and candidates must be able to successfully complete drug testing and background checks.
