This role includes responding to service requests, keeping precise records of work orders, and ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of five years of experience in maintenance. A valid driver’s license is essential, and candidates must be able to successfully complete drug testing and background checks.
