**General Manager**
The General Manager plays a crucial role in managing the entire operations of the store, with a focus on cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires effective leadership to guide the team, ensure compliance with company guidelines, and oversee the daily operations such as staffing and maintaining a clean environment within the store. Applicants should have excellent leadership qualities, proficiency in mathematics, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to strict operational protocols. A valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle are necessary for any delivery responsibilities.
