The Warranty Tech Specialist will be responsible for overseeing warranty claims, which includes evaluating products, interacting with customers and vendors, and handling return authorizations. Additionally, this position entails documenting product-related issues and undertaking research and development assignments as directed by the supervisor. Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the industry and experience with outdoor powersport products are strongly preferred for this role.
