**General Manager**
The General Manager plays a key role in managing all aspects of store operations, which encompasses cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires leading the team through exemplary behavior, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures to uphold exceptional standards. Applicants should demonstrate powerful leadership abilities, proficiency in mathematics, and effective multitasking skills, as well as the capability to efficiently manage both staff and operational processes. A current driver’s license and access to a properly insured vehicle is necessary for delivery responsibilities.
