Job description
**Job Title: Shift Manager**
The Shift Manager plays a vital role in supporting the management team by overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This position involves ensuring food quality is consistently maintained and upholding exceptional cleanliness standards. The Shift Manager is tasked with delivering outstanding guest service, managing cash transactions, and training new team members in line with safety and security procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the food service industry and exhibit strong communication and organizational abilities. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should be physically capable of performing tasks that include lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs and standing for extended durations.
