**Staff Engineering Program Manager**
The Staff Engineering Program Manager is responsible for spearheading the engineering implementation of airborne navigation systems, guaranteeing that projects adhere to budgetary, timeline, and technical requirements. This role acts as the main point of contact between engineering departments and program management, while also managing risk reduction strategies and resource allocation. Applicants should possess a degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of pertinent experience, along with the capability to acquire a U.S. Secret security clearance. A strong background in systems development, integration, and the management of intricate engineering initiatives is essential.
