**Job Title: New Business Representative**
The New Business Representative is responsible for overseeing daily operations and processing new business cases to guarantee adherence to regulations and maintaining precise records for policyholders. This role also includes delivering customer support to both agents and policyholders and addressing questions through phone, email, and fax communications. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience in new business or the insurance sector is preferred, and candidates should be skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
