**Job Title: General Manager**
The General Manager is tasked with delivering both strategic direction and operational oversight for the hotel, aiming to enhance financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction. This role includes supervising department leaders, managing day-to-day operations, and cultivating a culture of high standards and active engagement among staff. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years in progressively responsible hotel management positions, with a strong advantage given to candidates with experience in the Hilton brand. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related discipline is essential, accompanied by demonstrated expertise in financial stewardship and strategic development.
