Job Summary
The General Manager is tasked with delivering strategic direction and overseeing the operational aspects of all dealership departments, with the ultimate goal of fostering profitability, expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role encompasses managing the financial health of the dealership while building and maintaining high-performing teams and ensuring adherence to company policies as well as relevant legal standards.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive dealership sector.
- At least 3-5 years in a senior management position.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and dealership operations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within a dealership environment.
