Job Summary
The Division Manager will lead the daily activities of the Kauai facility, encompassing production, customer service, and financial management. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company guidelines and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations including production, customer service, and financial processes.
- Supervise staff and ensure effective team performance.
- Manage budgetary elements to maintain financial health and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operational setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to obtain OSHA/HIOSH certification.
