**Job Title: General Manager**
The General Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, which encompasses staffing, pool upkeep, and customer relations. This role includes training personnel, monitoring sales effectiveness, and guaranteeing a safe, high-standard environment for students. Applicants should possess three to five years of management experience and have valid Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications. A high school diploma is mandatory, and a bachelor’s degree in business or communications is desirable.
